Super friendly staff and great buffet options! Beach access is on point, and the outdoor pool area is perfect for chilling after a day out. Agueda really stood out for her warmth and help.
The morning cleaning crew was a bit loud moving furniture around, which woke me up earlier than I wanted.

Great location in front of a perfect beach! Room were big with a nice balcony.
Front desk staff were too much in a hurry and did not take time to answer questions. Communications in Spanish were too fast and the staff was showing signs of impatience when I asked them to repeat or speak more slowly

The location, just steps away from the beach, was fantastic. The buffet options were repetitive and lacked variety.

I got an exceptionally clean room with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The restaurant was lovely particularly at dinner🙂

I found The Trinimar to be of an acceptable standard. However, for a 3 star hotel it lacked atmosphere and only had minimum facilities for the guests. The buffet breakfast which was included in the price was at best adequate. Despite requesting that the room be serviced, they mearly did a cosmetic sixty minute makeover, and failed to change the bed linen or towels when requested. Communication with the hotel management was difficult as there where no English speaking staff available and this resulted in several problems. My marks out of ten for Hotel Trinimar would be 4/10. I also think it was over priced for what they offered.
Lack of atmosphere, no facilities, lack of information, poor location in respect of the distance to Benicassin town.

Great food and comfy stay!
Had a fun 6 nights! The food was super tasty, especially at the snack bar, so many options, even for picky eaters. The beach was pretty much on our doorstep, cool. Only issue was the cleaning staff, not much attention to detail in our room. Still a nice trip overall!

The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide range of delicious dishes. Staff like Ana and Carmen were very accommodating and helpful. Cleaning could improve as our room had dust and unclean mirrors. There were limited vegan options available .

The staff were most courteous and helpful. It is in a splendid location on the seafront. The rooms are basic but have comfortable beds and are spotless and each room has a view of the sea.

The Trinimar is an impeccably managed hotel with the most gracious and attentative staff, always ready and willing to help with a genuine smile. The location is idyllic, a stone's throw from the beach, plus a well maintained garden and swimming pool. The rooms are well designed, quite spacious, each with a balcony which provided wonderful views of Benicassim and its environs. The breakfast every morning was like a ceremonial banquet...we were spoilt for choice! We certainly will return to stay there and would recommend it to anybody as a fabulous place to stay.
